All attorneys at INNOVA are authorised by the Danish Ministry of Justice and are all part of The Danish Bar and Law Society.
The attorneys at INNOVA are covered by the supervisory and disciplinary system of The Danish Bar and Law Society and by the legal code of conduct, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. The rules applying to exercising the law profession are available on the website of The Danish Bar and Law Society www.advokatsamfundet.dk.
Normally, INNOVA does not apply clauses of applicable law and/or venue, unless they are agreed upon with the client.
By agreement with the client, INNOVA collaborates with others in providing its advisory services, and at the client’s request INNOVA will provide information on the measures taken in order to avoid any conflicts of interest
