Bjarke has thus participated as the leading lawyer in a large number of company transactions and capital raises for Danish and foreign companies.

Bjarke is also specialized in the drafting of contracts between companies regarding purchase and sale of goods and services.

In addition to the above-mentioned areas of work, Bjarke has been engaged by the University of Copenhagen as a lecturer in contract law (law of obligations).
