Rasmus provides specialised counseling in connection with mergers and aquisitions (M&A).

Rasmus has substatial international experience as M&A attorney in Europe and Asia. An experience that, among other, has been build during his posting for BankInvest in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where Rasmus helped BankInvest in connection with a series of essential Private Equity investments in the vietnamese companies.

Rasmus has also got a great experience with counseling for the primary health sector, including specialised doctors, dentists, general practitioners, chiropractors and physiotherapists. Counseling includes especially puchases and sales of practices and compilation of cooperation agreements and partnership agreements.
