INNOVA’s attorneys are subject to by the supervisory and disciplinary system of The Danish Bar and Law Society and by the legal code of conduct, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. Normally, INNOVA does not apply clauses of applicable law and/or venue, unless they are agreed upon with the client.
By agreement with the client, INNOVA collaborates with others in providing its advisory services, and at the request of the client, INNOVA will provide information on the measures taken in order to avoid any conflicts of interest.
